How to Find Books
Help
General Keyword – Searches multiple fields in each book record. Will return some applicable information, will also return some items that are off topic.
Author Keyword – Will search all author information and return the results in no particular order.
Title Alphabetical – Use when you know the beginning of the title or the exact title of a resource. This will return a list of items in alphabetical order beginning with the title you searched.
Author Alphabetical –Use this search when you know the name of the author you are searching for. Search by entering the last name of the author first. This will display an alphabetical list of authors beginning with the author searched.
Subject Keyword- This search will locate any library resource that has the search terms in the subject field. This search may excessively limit your results unless the Library of Congress Subject Headings books are consulted prior to searching.
