AICC Membership Application
Instructions:

Answer all questions on the application form. Click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form to send us your information.

Within 1 week you will receive an official welcome notice from the AICC Administrator.

Within 2-3 weeks you will receive an invoice for the membership fee.

Voting membership ($2,500 USD per year)
For-profit commercial organizations or government agencies that develop or market computer-based training courseware, applications, or systems used by the airline industry. This category provides the organization with full voting rights in the AICC as well as eligibility for serving on its governing board for a full year.
 Voting membership for airlines ($1,500 USD per year)

Organizations that are end-users of CBT whose primary business is commercial aviation. Eligible organizations include air carriers (major or regional), air cargo, or other air transport companies. This category provides the organization with full voting rights in the AICC as well as eligibility for election to its governing board for a full year.
Observer membership ($1,000 USD per year)
For-profit commercial organizations or government agencies that develop or market computer-based training courseware, applications, or systems used by the airline industry. This category of membership enables organizations to attend and participate in AICC meetings for a full year. It does not, however, provide any voting rights or eligibility for election to its governing board.

The $1,000 per year fee will be waived for not-for-profit organizations that are end-users of CBT whose primary function is education and training of entry-level students if the organization can provide some product, service, or expert advice deemed useful by the AICC Executive Committee. Eligible organizations include universities, colleges, secondary schools, flight schools, A&P schools, and FAR 61, 141, or 145 schools.

3. Agreement:
In consideration for the mutual promises and payments set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:

A. We understand that the payment of our membership fees is a condition that must be met by us for our membership to start or continue in the AICC. We agree to notify the AICC of our intent to terminate this membership within 30 calendar days after receiving an invoice for membership fees. If not so notified, the AICC understands that the applicant organization desires continued membership and will meet its financial obligation.

B. The amount of dues for the membership specified above:

$2,500 (US) per year for VOTING MEMBER
$1,500 (US) per year for AIRLINE VOTING MEMBER
$1,000 (US) per year for OBSERVER MEMBER

C. We agree to abide by all of the AICC rules and regulations now existing or hereafter promulgated by the AICC Executive Committee.

D. The AICC agrees to provide the applicant organization with access to all of its meetings, materials, and any other benefits outline in the AICC bylaws for the corresponding category of membership.

APPROVAL OF MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT OF SIGNED APPLICATION FORM AND MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT
